❓ Help Sleeping Problem

Baka po may alam kayo pano ko baguhin yung sleeping routine ko, sira na kasi body clock ko kakalaro ng online games yung tulog ko is 8am to 3-4pm na pagka gising ko sa hapon gising na talaga ako nyan hanggang 8am ulet gusto ko po sana mabalik sa normal yung sleeping time ko. Baka po may makatulong 😞
 
i rotate mo lang sir.kung hanggang 8am gising kapa pilitin mo wag ka matulog hanggang umabot ng 7pm saka ka matulog.kaya mo naman 24hrs gising eh lalo na kung may pinag lilibangan ka basta sabayan mo lang din ng kain.
