Hello mga ka-PHC may concern lang po ako bat di kaya pantay? any tips para maging pantay.Nag hohome workout din po pala ako.Thank you

una kong suggestion is, fix mo po posture nio, chest out
always hydrate and keep working out!

sa una lang yan..gawin mo sa after ng last set mo magdagdag ka ng isa pa pero para doon sa area na tingin mo hindi masyado lumalaki..example after mo ng set sa chest mag single dumble press ka pa ng isang set pa pero sa right na lang. pamewang mo yung left arm. or shrug naman single dumble kalang din tapos extra set sa right din. Always exercise with proper posture. Make sure din na naramramdaman mong both part ng katawan mo ngwowork. Kaya mahalaga na sa warm up mo mgbuhat ka ng light muna para nabubuild mo muscle memory mo. Keep it up
