Papsy di pa naman huli ang lahat. Ang dami pang pweding gawin. After nitong crisis start kana din. Life is good pa din naman. Make friends lang muna, ang laking tulong nyan. Dyan yan magstart. Ano kaba cheer up! I'm sure someday tatawanan mo nalang yan. 😊

Hindi lang ikaw ang ang may ganitong situation, meron pa mas lala. Pero alam mo what happened to them ? They got out of it. Lumabas sila sa box na kung saan sila. Isipin mo na lang kung yan na ang pinakalala na nangyari sayo then ano pa kakatakutan mo eh nangyari na. After you get out of it tatawanan mo na lang yan pagdating ng panahon. Try it.

If I may say, what you feel is valid. In fact, very valid at these times. It's part of the COVID-19 anxiety that a lot of people are experiencing.
To tell you honestly, I'm an overthinker as well. To cope, I write essays or poems where I can pour my emotions. Or if not, I listen to music. I suggest Four seasons by Vivaldi if you are into classical, or Mariah Carey inspirational songs if you are into pop. One recent song suggested to me is "Everything Stays" by Marceline of adventure time.

Ganito rin nararamdaman ko, everyday. Marami pala talagang nkakaranas ng ganito. Same at same advice lang din nbabasa ko, kahit anong pilit ko, feeling ko walang worthy na word para mawala ung depression na nararamdaman ko.
 
Heyyy buddy cheer up, I....... ano hahahaa If you want, pwede mo ako maging kaibigan :3 para may masabihan ka sa mga emotions mo :) ayaw ko lang kasi nakakakita ng mga ganito nakakasad T^T

I've been to depression.. Kaya alam ku pakiramdam nyan.. Ayuku na maalala kasi baka bumalik.. Sobrang Hirap.. Alam mo kung ano ginawa ku? Nag dasal lang po talaga.. Pumunta aku ng simbahan pag di na kaya.. iiyak mu lang kung bakit ganto bakit ganun..

Kasali aku sa volunteer group at yung isa ku kakilala dun Iniinvite nya ku sa Phil gen hospital para ma check ng Libre at mapayuhan PERo di ku nagawa pumunta.. Pero simbahan lang po talaga naging sandalan ku nun.. Pag di talaga kaya punta agad simbahan.. Saturday nun kaya wala tao ganu..

Yung mga di po nakaexperience nang ganito di po nila maiintindihan at sana di nila Maranasan yun kasi mahirap Talaga..Sobra.. THAnkful lang Talaga aku na nalampasan ku yun kaya im a better person now..

Naiisip ku mag take ng gamut nun, nag search na ku nun , naisip ku din mag pa check pero di ku nagawa..

Yung di kana makatulog sa gabi sa mga iniisip mu, late kana gumising na parang wala kang lakas Bumangon tumayo.. Pumapayat na, bagsak katawan at nangingitim na yung mga mata.. Yung trabaho napapabayaan na, wala nang sigla.. Napansin yun ng mga ka trabaho ku.. Ayuku Lang magsabi.. Napagalitan aku ng boss ku nun..sabi nya anu daw ba nangyayari sakin..

May pinagsabihan aku opis mate ku nun na may edad na, nakatulong naman po yung mga payo nya, yung may makakausap ka ng may edad na nakakaunawa.. Kaya gusto ku sya lagi kausap nun yung nag sasuffer aku nun . . Parang nanay turing ku sa kanya nun.. Masrap sa pakiramdam yung may kausap din, yung makakaunawa kahit Konti usap Lang.. Lunch break kasi kami usap nun at uwian.. Konting usap lang pero Masraap sa pakiramdam..
