1. Rest for a few minutes and take cold bath.
2. Steady cool ventilation (to keep your body temps stable)
3. Drink half or 1/4 glass of cold water every 1-5 minutes (do not drink large amount of water in one drink)
4. Rest if you can but with adequate ventilation.
5. Buy pain reliever ointments, you can use them during and after sports/exercise.

Prevention is better than cure.. Keep hydrated and don't over exert that can cause burnout.
