🔒 Closed Modem and External Antenna

I really need help.
I bought a second hand huawei b315s-936(globe, not sure if it's postpaid or prepaid, the old owner did not verify) and a 2*9dbi mimo external antenna(also globe) from different person.
When I was using the built in(antenna) I can access the internet but when I switched it to external(antenna), even the signal is stronger, I cannot access the internet. I don't know what's wrong I kept on restarting ang switching antennas but the results still the same
