Which Ultera device? There are a lot of different Ultera-branded devices around. The indoor unit (like WN-600 in my case) or the outdoor unit (OT-350)?

If it is the former, then a hardware reset via the reset switch located on the device is necessary. You can identify it as a pinhole alongside the power plug if I'm not mistaken. Press it for over 10secs until the device resets. Then login using the credentials found here https://phcorner.org/threads/845850/
