Two months ko ng iniinom tong 3 supplements pampatulog at walang palya. Inumin 30 mins before bedtime, sigurado tulog ka.

1. Melatonin - PAMPA-ANTOK
sa mga hindi dinadapuan ng antok (chronic insomnia)

hi boss. try ko yan hirap kasi ako matulog ngayon gawa ng anxiety
makakabili bako nan sa mercury at hindi na ba kailngan ng reseta?
 
nasearch ko na sleepasil nlang bilhin ko since may melatonin yun at valerian root. Paano kaya yung magnesium? May supplement alone ba iyon?
