you need to verify your account sa land bank, once link mo yung bank account mo sa PayPal, you can payout.

If tried to link your bank account, PayPal will send you instructions sa email on file.

I think, in theory, which I cant confirmed considering I do not have open account with other banks, except with security bank and metrobank.

PayPal will require you to confirm your account. Instructions will be sent to your email tied to your PayPal.

Instruction will explain a certain amount will be deducted, then a unique code will be included, and can be seen via bank statement, for you to enter in PayPal dashboard, and complete the verification.
