Nag factory reset ka NG router?

Factory reset ba yung small black button? Or simple reset lang? Sa converge kasi reset lang back to normal na. Sa globe may ganyan na lumabas. Ty

Kung hindi pa okay tawag mo yan, i think we have the same modem di ngalang naka PPPoE yung sakin ni reset ko yung sakin before tapos pag on nawalan ng internet i reconfigured it on my own through the help of yt but in your case your really need help tawag ka sila mag co configure niyan sayo or ask for your acc details para if ever mag reset ka alam mona gagawin.
