Nag built kasi ang ng static website para sa inaapplyan kung company, at one requirements nila is to use Vanilla CSS & HTML.
Akala ko Vanilla Css na framework (Vanilla.css) , Ibig sabihin pala ng vanilla ay plain or from scratch?
Sayang opportunity di ko na gets kagad yung ibig sabihin ng term na Vanilla.

Anyway mga boss, pag pang portfolio ba , ano preferred nyo, gumamit ng Css Frameworks or static site generator O built from scratch?

just plain CSS without preprocessors like SCSS, LESS or any kind of CSS in JS tooling (CSS modules, linaria, Styled Components, etc..)
