Can you provide me some tips to speed up/optimize this laptop? Thank you very much mga lods

Don't load heavy applications that is too much for your specs.
Remove running bloatwares in the background process.
Limit your application while multitasking
Upgrade decent capacity of ram
If possible, upgrade your hdd to ssd
