Hello mga Sirs at Madammes, may tanong ko lang po ako sa inyo lalo sa mga well-informed regarding SSS compensations.

Naputol po kasi index finger ko while on duty. Sinagot naman po ng company ang gamutan at operation. Ang tanong ko po is kung makakatanggap din po ba ako ng compensation galing sss since naghuhulog naman po tayo monthly. Mabilis lang po ba ang pagprocess at pagrelease? Salamat po sa mga answers.

Mejo di naman kalakihan ang matatanggap mo. dipende pa yan sa putol kung naputol ang buong index finger mo may bayad yan pero kung mga 1/4 lang ang naputol wala yan. pasok sya sa sickness. pero di kalakihan at 2-3 months bago makuha

Ganon po ba sir, pinutol po kasi almost 1/2 ng index finger ko kasi nadurog po yung buto. Bale yung sure ko po na matatanggap is yung sickness na marereceive 2-3months after maipasa sa sss office ang application, tama po ba sir?

A member is qualified to avail of this benefit if:

1. He is unable to work due to sickness or injury and confined either in a hospital or at home for at least four (4) days;
2. He has ρáíd at least three (3) months of contributions within the 12-month period immediately before the semester of sickness or injury;
3. He has used up all current company sick leaves with pay; and
4. He has notified the employer or the SSS, if unemployed, voluntary or self-employed member regarding his sickness or injury.
