Meron po akong issue, sociopath siguro ako mga paps.

Antisocial po talaga ako, plus introvert pa talaga, dahil rin kasi ito sa childhood ko, puro bullying nalang nadadale ko, kaya ngayon feel ko parang sirang sira masyado yung mental restrainants ko, palagi akong mainit sa ulo, kaya konting pagkakamali lang ng iba, parang gusto kona silang patayin, di rin ako maka decision ng mga bagay na moral right, puro nalang may own self yung inisip ko. Meron din bang mga may issue na ganito like myself?
 
I suggest to go in a medical expert (psychologist). Now may mga advice naman yun o guide para makontrol mo ang sarili mo or better cure, Watch mo yung movie na "Anger Management'" (comedy type movie). Well pag nagiging mainitin usually stress ka lang so hanggat maaari alayan mo ng time ang pag tulog. Mag aral ka ng yoga kasi exercise din yun para di punong puno ng kung anu-ano na naiisip mo.
 
Mukhang may pagka sociopath ka nga base sa mga description mo tungkol sa sarili mo ts, pero kung harmless ka namang tao at di mo naman kaya o gustong manakit na gaya ng iniisip mo eh kaya mo pang makontrol yan hanggat maaga. Sa tingin ko need mo lang maging open para matutunan mong maappreciate ang mga bagay bagay sa paligid mo.

Salamat po, yan ang kulang ko eh, di ko talaga maappreciate yung mga bagay bagay at di ko ren alam paano macontrol yung anger ko. Pero yeah, try ko magpaconsult after COVID.

opo, di kopo kaya gawin yung nasa inisip ko nor like up to the point na magawa ko. Never pa po akong nakapatay nor nakasakit ng seryoso sa tao..
