Eat lang ng maraming kanin.. subok ko na po then push-up lang everyday if gusto mo magkamuscle habang nagpapataba..
 
Healthy na paraan? Ask the nutritionist or google it. Hmmm mukhang mabilis ang metabolism mo. 🤔 For my suggestion eh dagdagan mo lang ang kinakain mo, drink milk everyday, beer, balut, eat a lot of meat, take vitamins and 8 hours sleep everday.
 
go to gym kung gusto mo magpabigat ng hindi masyadong tumataba.
dagdagan mo lang ang kain mo specially sa mga matataas na protein na pagkain lang chicken meat and nuts.
kung may budget ka take supplement like mass gainer and whey protein.
 
Go to gym and eat the right diet. kung di kaya just any other weight exercise kahit sa bahay nyo then eat right diet din according to ur goal.
