go to gym kung gusto mo magpabigat ng hindi masyadong tumataba.
dagdagan mo lang ang kain mo specially sa mga matataas na protein na pagkain lang chicken meat and nuts.
kung may budget ka take supplement like mass gainer and whey protein.
