PHSome of you already know that I just recently had a giveaway contest for Valentine's Day, in which I have given away load credits.
I planned to use Paymaya, because in the first place, I have ₱5000 on it.
The event is already finished and I tried to send a load but I got an error message stating that it's still processing. I tried it multiple times to a single phone number but still the error occurs. It occurs without having any deduction on my balance. I thought it might be because of Paymaya (again) is under maintenance. So, I transferred some of the funds to my GCash wallet and used it instead.
Just few minutes ago, a friend is requesting for a ₱50 worth of load. I sent ₱50 but still got the same error. I tried it multiple times but still the error persists. I tried ₱20 but the same thing happened. But guess what? My friend told me that she received multiple ₱50 load credits. But if I am going to check my Payamaya balance, wala namang naibawas. Nagbabawas pero naire-refund din agad. Bumabalik lang.. (See screenshot)
