the last news from chinese doctors say that the virus spreads before the symptoms occur so quarantine is not very useful and it makes the virus almost impossible to stop spreading...
Meanwhile, the government still allows flights from china to land and chinese luxury cruises to dock in Subic and Palawan...
The Philippines is not ready for this kind of emergency. It has never been ready but it 's worst today with the bunch of incompetent we have in the duterte administration
