Hi my account is old. And im just snooping around. Some are available for stablished members only. So can anyone give me the main required to be stablished member. Thanks guys

Basic requirements:

1. User has posted at least 30 post*
2. User has been registered for at least 30 days
3. User is associated with any of the Connected accounts at least one only
4. Maintain 5 post every 30 days period to keep your account on Established Group

Also, it can take up to an hour for the promotion to happen
(there is an hourly process that checks for promotions for users that have visited the site recently).
