your "OpenVPN app"? , meaning po ba is pre-build or modified source version po ng OpenVPN client gamit nyo? I suggest i-test nyo po muna sa mga official OpenVPN client build yung config, if working properly yung config, that means may broken function/s po sa app nyo na need nyo ayusin and wala po sa server-side ng openvpn yung sira.

"Root account" not literal root character sa username/password po

your root username(must be root) and your root password(ginagamit nyo pong password panglogin ng vps nyo through ssh client)

imms1618 you need to modify SunConfig.ovpn's http-proxy IP Address using viber-based dns/hostname, since hindi na po automatically served ng script yung dns/hostname para sa Sun.

Crayvolt Sun tcp config of this script is located at /var/www/openvpn/SunConfig.ovpn, you can edit your config using nano or vim.

sir try ko po ito. di ko na po ba need iupgrade ito sa ubuntu 20 since hanggang ubuntu 19 lang po itong installer natin?
