Tutorial:
Step 1: Go to PPSSPP then select game and tap game settings.
Step 2: Tap System and scroll down and find "Enable cheats" and check it.
Step 3: Open your file manager or ES FILE EXPLORER if you have.
Step 4: Copy your cheat codes and fiind PSP Folder and open the *.ini file extension (e.g ULUS10466.ini) and open it.
Step 5: Copy your code and paste that.
Step 6: After that back in the PPSSPP app and open your game that you've cheats, and back button and tap cheats and check it to enabled.
