I don't know why ssh account is frequently being blocked. Might change soon if this continues. Closed for wifi and rooted for the mean time.

SSH Server Maintenance
New ssh server used
Open for rooted devices.
Open for wifi.

Update: 12/23/2019
Please note that Server reset is around 10am to 11am daily.
Just wait for around 2-5mins if not working around this time.

I don't know what you mean by blocking. You use this to consume video data allocation first rather than open access data.
In any case you may limit your data usage to 1Gb per day.
