Because there is now an open and ongoing investigation into this matter, effective immediately, all PayPal payments made to anyone residing in the Philippines are suspended until these individuals can be identified and the NBI completes their investigation.

The fastest way to clear this matter up so that PayPal payments can be continued, is for YOU to contact the National Bureau of Investigation yourself and report the above Facebook users as liars and inform them PayBud is a legitimate company that you belong to as a member.

You can email the NBI at ccd@nbi.gov.ph, afad@nbi.gov.ph, and interpol_fld@nbi.gov.ph

You should tell them to release an official statement that PayBud is not a scam!
