Pros: doesn't encrypt all your traffic, cheaper to run, single standardized & unified protocol
Cons: Harder to set up, can only use TCP, doesn't encrypt all your traffic, hard to disguise traffic, DNS leaks

Take Note po: "nag try ako walang dns using ssh & ssl , then pmunta sa site nang dns leak - kitang kita isp ko " - kaya if gagamit kau nang ssh(secure shell) or ssl (secure socket layer) dpt my dns ex. http injector may dns so always check the dns if you are using shh or ssl.

OpenVPN
Pros: Can use UDP or TCP, can disguise traffic
Cons: no unified standard
Uses: Remote access to company resources, providing security

Conclusion: nasa inyo na po yan if anu gagamitin nyo.. both naman is secure for tunneling w/ proper knowledge on how you will use it.

Double encryption kasi ginagawa ni openvpn, yan ang way niya para mas secured.

TCP protocol lang ang working sa freenet/promonet, diyan ka kasi makakapag salpak ng custom header, unlike sa udp bawal, ginagamit lang ang udp mostly sa games.
