Me function ba sa gmail na kapag gumawa ka ng email bago masend sa iba dadaan muna sa parang approving officer?

How bout pag google sheet? Bago isend sa recipients me line of approvers din.

I'm not sure about Google. But like what akositito mentioned, you can write a custom email client.

For example, for the email client you can use Twilio's SendGrid API to send emails instead
