🔒 Closed [HELP] SmartBro [ZTE MF63] (No Connection

I was recently given a Smart Bro Pocket Wifi by a friend, pero di siya nagana.
When I click "Connect", magloloading lang po then lalabas "FAILURE" (see encircled imgs)

I tried rin iconnect sa phone at dun ilogin pero same result lang.

Baka lang po meron nakakaalam pano ayusin, any tips/tricks` will be appreciated. Salamat po O

2 TnT sims po & 1 Smart same lang po, ayaw parin. Saka di po siya openline.
