🔒 Closed DOTA 2 fps please

How do i increase my fps in dota 2

i optioned all the settings to low quality
changed my battery to maximum performance
edited the windows 7 system(display, gpu, cpu)

what other things could be done po para pataasin yung fpos?

i3 laptop
intel only (it used to be able to play left 4 dead and dota 1 maximum settings without any lag or fps drop)
4gig ram

Dapat kasi malakas yung GPU mo kung gusto mo talaga ng smooth gaming.
advice ko sayo is either bili ka ng Desktop for gaming or Laptop with good specs
