❓ Help Myphone rio fun cant hard reset

Hinge po sana ko ng tulong. I have myphone rio fun and im trying to hard reset my phone due to looping at start-up. When im trying to wiping the data theres a error prompt "Mount /Data Error". Sana po ay matulungan nyo ako. TIA ^_^
