I really hate people be-little the newbies in our Company, kesyo newbie walang alam pa. Tapos aacting na parang magaling pa! Hello guys, I know that you have higher position or you are top of the team! But that's not an excuse to made fun about the mistakes of people. They are learning, just understand. And not taking Supervisor's call? Lemme help them instead! We do have the same job here, it seems like we do have different "job descriptions". Wag masyadong galingan di ka naman pamamanahan!

Even if what kind of Job do you have. Please don't be-little the beginner. It's because "manager once a pump boy" everybody is learning. any kind of job. Just be kind!

Try to talk to a cleaner, guards. People may call me Maam. But I just prefer to call me by name, it's because I am not a teacher!

Genuine People; They respect everyone
Fake People; They only respect people with power!

For me. if somebody is being harassed I usually stand up for him. don't care about my position as long as I know i'm on the "right" side

"Incident report" agad2. pasaway kase ako sa damit. hahaha

hahahaha Im not frenemies so called. I am friendly I always smile to them. But if someone gonna invite me for any trouble? I just don't talk, I just stare and you might just say "did not see that coming" di ko pa naman gusto sabunotan e. hahahaha
