Before you even attempt to hook softether to radius auth-server, were you able to get it working with regular username/password and X.509 cert-based auth first? You do seem to have a complex requirement that necessitates to hook VPN auth with Radius.

i currently have openvpn script working via sql database but i want softether so i have more protocols and radius needed for softether. im using yellow panel on this forum
