hi, im new here. I just want some help getting my phone rooted. having a lot of issues rooting it using the most common route for Huawei KII-L22 EMUI6

If you want your phone to get rooted, you need to pay at least 400php for Credits in DC Unlock via HCU Client. You to pay them via Paypal in order to unlock your bootloader so can install a custom recovery to root your phone
