Very well said. I agree with this. I've encountered people who display this superiority mentality over others. Putting themselves above others dahil yun "lang" ang trabaho ng iba. This is wrong. We should always treat others equally regardless of our job roles and positions. May kanya-kanyang dahilan kung bakit tayo nagttrabaho at kung bakit yun ang trabaho natin. Instead of pushing others down, it would be more beneficial for us to always see the good in people. To help others progress rather than degrading them.
