Nakaka block po ba ng sim ang open vpn???

to answer your question, with or without using VPN their system will still block you. WHY? since all telco company has a POLICY or a rule that is called FUP(Fair Usage Policy) meaning if you abuse or used too much data outside from your current data plan/promo their system will automatically block your data connection as it violates their policy.
