Kung https ang access method, dapat may SSL certificate setup for that domain. Https over IP won't usually work unless cloudflare ka (ie, You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now..) o some other big guys.
Or, acquire and setup a free SSL from Letsencrypt.
Or, setup a generic SSL, but you'll get SSL warning from your browser.
