HELP! Default Configuration - PLDT VMG3926-B10B

Hi,

So after Hard resetting yong PLDT Modem namin (VMG3926-B10B), hindi na kami maka connect sa internet. May yellow triangle nadin sa connection sa Desktop. May full access ako sa interface ng PLDT (192.168.1.1) via adminpldt. May paraan po ba para i configure manually yong connection para bumalik yong internet namin? Kasi ang tagal ng PLDT technician na magpunta dito sa amin, 1 week ko na silang ginugulo pero mukang mag aantay pa ako. Lugi na kasi business namin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Boss naayos na po ba internet nyo? Na hard reset ko din yung samin. Kinocontact ko yung pldt antagal pa lalo ngayon covid. Nabigay na sakin yung static ip kaso parang kulang pa, i think may ecoconfigure pa din.
 
Hindi dapat yan pupuntahan ng tech kasi ireremote config na lang nila yan at saka kung imamanual mo yan kailangan mong hingiin yung PPPoE credentials ng router.
 
all you can do is to call the PLDT TECHNICIAN so they can refresh your Mac Address in to their branch AND try and try to reset your router
