❓ Help Huawei e5832 pocket wifi

Hi! I stumbled across this forum for searching on how to tweak the huawei e5832 pocket wifi. My brother does not use it anymore so he gave it to me.. he used to have the plan 999 from globe. Though i don't want to continue it. My plan is to use this pocket wifi for my car wash business. I want to go prepaid. I have some questions with regards to this matter.

1. Is there a tweak/häçk on how to run this pocket wifi even on zero or 1 php load?
2. Is globe the way to go? Or should i go smart, sun?
3. How can i unlock my unit?

I think these questions have been raised here but i'm too lazy to back read.
