🔒 Closed PLDT Home Fibr Problem

Hi! Just recently bought an IP Camera and I upgraded my PLDT DSL into a PLDT HomeFibr. Turns out my IP Cam does not support 5G and Home Fibr is 5G. Now, I saw online that you can still use 2.4 G on my new modem (DUAL BAND) carries 2.4 G and 5G. and I can add a 2nd WIFI on my new dual band modem. My query is how do I do that. And kindly give me the technical steps on how to do it. Pls. thanks.
P.S. I have seen on Youtube how to ADD a 2nd wifi.. but It didn't give me any steps on how to change/set the 2nd wifi to 2.4G if that's possible..

Just trying to find some solutioin to my problem here.

Reset your ip cam
Kapag kokonek mo na sa wifi, lilitaw naman yun list ng available wifi names, just choose the one with 2.4g

Hindi ba naka open yung 2.4g and 5g non ng default? Dapat naka open yan coz not all phone support yang 5ghz
