🔒 Closed Huawei B315s-608 no SMS menu and no option to select H+ only 4G

Hi love some help - just been sold a Huawei B315s-608 - it's totally open and not tied to any PH networks -- but no SMS menu on admin -- love any help -- seems maybe firmware is old or something --

Also device will not see H+ or 3G but specs I have read says should be able to see -- in admin I can only select 4G -- no other options ...
