yes! you can also use the VPS to host your own website by forwarding the ports that are needed which is port 80 and 443. If you don't like to host your website in web hosting because you trust your own skills and you have the knowledge to secure your hosted site, you can just use VPS. Still, it's good to use web hosting sites though especially for the beginners. ^_^
I already turned off my vps sir. ginawa ko lang kasi yan for tutorial purposes. but if you really want to see it, I have another one which I currently used with my company. if you want to try it, try: go-cloud(dot)hopto(org):8080
username: ubuntu
password: ubuntuislove
in addition, you can use the VPS to host a private server game and web site at the same time.
