Barcode, sorry for very late reply, but for anyone in future, these modems by Huawei can be locked to a band thanks to a German guy named Gasel. His software is called LTE inspecteur. You download it on a PC, accept all the nonsense prompts, connect it to your modem, then select the band or bands yo wish to lock to.
