Try to do these to correct the error:

• Check your connection paramters (i.e. ODBC)
• Check your mysql configuration.
• Check your network connection.

Please Try the following steps:

c:\mysql\bin>mysqld --install
c:\mysql\bin>mysqld --initialize
then press "Windows key + R" write "services.msc", run as admin

start MySQL service.
