bali yung dl speed yung sa modem po mismo so kapag nag dodownload ka imposibleng maging 0 yan unless nawalan connection hehe
taposmeron ping na pang backup kasi kapag naka idle lang modem 0 dl speed so tsaka pa lang mag piping, and sure may reply yung ping kung may connection
tapos gawan na lang mga condition
if dl 0 tapos ping 0 change wan
if dl 0 tapos ping not equal to 0 go back sa pag check dl speed
hehe
so far 12 hours na akin hindi nagpapalit running script

legit to.. ganito rin gamit ko sa akin pero hindi ako gumagamit nang ping kasi hindi nagana sa SSR at SS.
