PHApril 30 10:55 am A member of PNP assigned at Mati city Polic station was caught in the act s†éáling money from the female quarters quarters of Regional Training Center XI in mintal davao city, on report Corporal john Francis Llego Cansican,whom visitor at that time,offduty,wearing civilian attire and visted Recognition Program when someone have spoted him inside the female quarters searching their personal belongings with out authorization,all female police recruits was on the event when the theft took place .the PNP mintal PS DCPO has filled theft and violation of comelec gun ban. as the moment he is detained at mintal PS waiting for court order
