🔒 Closed Multitargeting version of dotnet framework

guys ask lang kung panu ko mareresolve yung issue ng program ko. Im trying to deploy my project.. Compiled sya sa dotnet framework v4.5.2 ..

Pag inistall ko sya sa ibang pc hindi sya gumagana. Ang nakikita kong problem is ung framework version ng device ko

Pano ko kayang magagawang working ung project ko sa ibang device even wala syang installed na framework version ng project ko.. Or panu ko magiinstall ng framework version na needed kasabay ng paginstall ng project ko
