1. drink 5 glasss of water pag gising
2. drink 2 glass of water before eating
3. after eating drink water after 15 mintues
4. do regular planking 1 min 3 sets everyday or day after another
5. have a 1 cheat day every week
 
Nope. Di yan effective kung di pa rin healthy yung food.

Ang kailangan, Less Sugar, Less Processed Food, Less Fried foods, More Fiber, Fruits Vegetables and yes More Water.
 
calorie counting is safe and effective, hindi pa restricted yung diet. bawas bawas lang ng quantity.

also, ingat sa masyadong maraming tubig sa maiksing panahon, merong tinatawag na "water intoxication" dahil masyadong bumababa ang concentration ng electrolytes.
 
May tip ako sa cheat days: pag cheat day, gawin niyo pa din mga yan, pero bawasan lang. Kasi papasok sa utak mo yung mentality na "o pwede pala mag cheat lagi"
