try mo sa mga clinics like belo. pg ng exercise ka kc at huminto naman right after babalik dn yan kc stretch na yun part ng ****** mo.
 
Ilang taon ka na ba at ano ang weight mo? Baka puro kain, tulog lang talagang tataba ka nun. Need mo rin sya tunawin dapat mag cardio exercise ka at prone ang medyo malusog sa sakit sa puso. :)
