Kahit sobrang dami nyong kinakain ng breakfast, lunch at dinner hindi sapat yon. Kailangan anim hanggang pitong beses kayo kumain sa isang araw. Mag-alarm kayo kada 2 hours, pag narinig nyo alarm nyo kumain kayo ng kahit anong available; chocolates, ice cream, chichirya, bisquit, etc.. kahit ano. 100% tataba na kayo nyan after 1 isang buwan.

Try mo mag gym, dati payat din ako kaso ngayon nag buff na and maganda pa katawan hehe, kung gusto mo mag gym ka tapos pag gusto mo na yung laki mo tumigil ka magiging fats din yun
