SERVICE INTERRUPTION NOTICE:
Due to Bangsamoro Organic Law(BOL) election, dated Wednesday, February 5, 2019 PHT, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) has granted the request of the police to shut down cell phone communication during the election period. There will be no cell phone signal tomorrow in the selected areas of Mindanao. Most of the FSMS servers will be heavily affected. Therefore, we will also freeze the system tomorrow until telecom service is restored.
