🔒 Closed Black screen and can't access menu

My cp just went off while I was downloading a file. When I turned it on again I can't access the menu and can't launch settings.

It's not a case of stuck at boot up. Since it shows the time and battery, and everything that you can see at the top of your main screen, it also shows the main buttons on the screen.

Wallpaper is not showing up, it's plain black.

I tried turning it off, removing my battery, turning it on again. Still the same. Tried restarting still the same.

I hope someone can help me. T.T

CP's OS is Oreo Go Edition.

nag clear data ka ng settings app no? ng mahigit sa dalawang beses? or nacorrupte ang settings app mo.
best solution diyan at hard reset / flash.

time/battery icon only with plain black display no security / pin screen. right?

Hindi Naman.
Probably because I abused my internal memory.
Nung binuksan ko Yung phone naghazard na paubos na internal memory. And Hindi ko na din ma-access kahit Yung settings.

Oo plain black sya after boot up.

Done with hard reset. Thank you sa lahat ng sumagot. *virtual bow*
