how can I disable or remove this... when im trying to download files and reboot it, it will gone and there is no deepfreez install!! what should i do or any one? please help!!!

Seriously ? no deepfreeze installed ? Maybe then you need to full scan your system. It might be infected with a virus.

I think CTRL + ALT +SHIFT + F5 yata yung combination ng deep freeze.
