🔒 Closed Wrong captcha during account registration

What can I do with this issue:

Whenever I try to register to a new account in a particular website, U always end up having the "incorrect Captcha" notice from the site.

It's not that the code I entered is wrong, or that the Captcha doesn'tdappear. The Captcha is never there to begin with.

Could someone please help me what can I do?

I'm using my mobile browser, Firefox and Chrome, by the way, to register for the account(s).

I hope someone can help me.
