This is using the ISP utility apps which is working with no balance.
For this you need some apps like packet sniffer.
Ex . Packet capture, SSL Capture

Open the app mentioned above and sniff the packet and open the utility app of your ISP. Then stop the sniffing and go inside and see what is captured.
There you can find some host with status 200 ok
Those host can be used as a free host
